Improve AI Image File Naming for Better SEO
Afonso Carvalho
Currently, all AI-generated images in articles are named “thumbnail.jpeg,” which may not be ideal for SEO purposes.
A suggested improvement is to have the image file names be more relevant to the content of the images.
For example, if an image is about a specific topic, the file name could reflect that topic instead of the generic “thumbnail.jpeg.”
This change could improve the SEO performance of the articles by making the image file names more descriptive and relevant.

So target keywords are used for the file names generated by Journalist AI.
If I upload the featured image on the shopify blog page the file name is retained.
Your AI image generator is creating the files. The seo keywords should be implemented there. Then the files will have seo names the first time they're uploaded via api. I understand that you can't change the image file name after it's been published. And you probably can't change existing image file names on a site.

This could be done initially or on export. It would just be helpful to not have to rename the images in wordpress after importing the article.

Yes, thanks. seo file names from AI image generator would be great. Also, if I provide my own Images to the system, when an image is selected at random from a group/category, you should rename the image using seo keywords before adding it to the article or uploading it to the site.
