I cannot see a way to update an existing preset. For example if I add some more websites to the Exclude External Sources, how can I save this change?

hey Mike, just go to > Presets > Click on the preset you want to edit > add the external sources you want to exclude > and at the bottom, you will find a button to save the changes.
